Tuesday Giving

When you create music for children, you realize real fast that kids don’t have corporate jobs or investment portfolios. Little ones aren’t sending offerings to say thank you for investing in my life. I’m very much aware the seeds I plant will be harvested in another season, not even on earth.
Making Christian music for kids doesn’t have a lucrative benefits package, PTO or vacation days. I do this because I’m called to it. I know God will take care of me. I’ll be real, it’s been a scary year.
So much of how I get to do what I do and the public engages with it has changed. Impact is great, however paychecks attached to that work is limited and it feels more and more how missional this ministry has become! Every song and video I make thousands of dollars are invested into that. I’m going into the studio next week to record two songs and to do that, make the videos and prep to release them, I’ll need $7,000. I want to keep making Jesus loud. Yes, through my music. But also my podcast “Stained Glass Kids” and I hope many more books. I have several I want to write. I just need Kingdom provision to come alongside me and support me as I stay on task and on mission, all while walking in obedience.
On this Giving Tuesday and as you prepare for year end giving, I can promise Yancy Ministries is good ground, impacting lives of young and old. I’ll let you in on a secret: kids grow up! I realize what a long game this is. We want to keep planting seeds to a mighty harvest of souls can be disciples and the ripples of impact keep growing! Thanks in advance for your help! I truly need it.

I am so thankful for the every story, every video a parent sneakily records in the car while their kids sings along. Every church that uses the videos in services. Every leader that has been inspired to cultivate worship through my book “Sweet Sound”. Every child that has learned revelation knowledge about worship through “Heartbeat curriculum”. And this year, every PK that has felt seen and their heart has found some healing —and every parent leaning in and learning how to parent their ministry children by listening to the podcast. I’m surrounded by testimonies. I’m currently believing for provision to help us continue forward in making Jesus loud!
